      On an Issue when you click on Edit then click on the first ? for issue type the display is very large and not correct.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open an existing issue on an external monitor.
      2. Click on Edit.
      3. Click on the ? next to Issue Type.

      Expected Results

      It should display the normal popup as it does on the main screen of the computer/laptop.

      Actual Results

      There is no error and the display is large and not correct for the screen.

      Notes

      Chrome version is 68.0.3440.75.

      Does not happen in IE or FireFox.

      Workaround

      Use IE or Firefox.
