The "translate issue types, priorities" etc. dialogs should display the default locale as configured by the administrator instead of Danish (which is the first in the list). I entered some german text and stored it inadvertently in the Danish locale twice!

If the locale is modified after the text has been entered, the text is not stored with the new locale.
