Project categories and the project table portlet don't work so well together.

We have many projects, and the 'Projects' portlet is too long to display them all in the main screen.

It would be nice if the 'Project Table' portlet could be configured to either: Display projects in each Project Category in a separate section, or be filtered by a project category, much like the 'Projects' portlet.
