Cites examples in the Database connection fields section that no longer apply to Jira 7.5 and higher. In that version of Jira we switched away from the opensource jtds driver to use the official Microsoft SQL driver with Jira. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracore/jira-core-7-5-x-upgrade-notes-935578213.html for more details. We need to update these documents to reflect this change. Otherwise, users following these guides closely will inevitably misconfigure their Jira installation to the point that it will not work.
