Allow Non-JIRA admins to be able to see the Last Login Time and Login Count for their accounts

      Definition

      Currently, only admins have the access to the Users page where the login counts and last login time information can be found.

      Suggestion

      It would be good to have this information available for individual users too. In this way, the user will be aware whether someone else used his account.
