Typo on Mail Error Queue Page

Summary

When there is only 1 pending mail queue, Mail Queue showing "The queue currently has 1 items in it." instead of item.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1. Trigger an email notification
2. Step 2. Go to mail queue
3. Step 3. The notes above flush mail queue will show:
   "The queue currently has 2 items in it."

Expected Results

items show when there are multiple pending mail queue.
item shows when there is only 1 or 0 pending mail queue

Actual Results

Mail queue showing "The queue currently has 1 items in it." when there is only 1 pending mail queue.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround.
