Reindexing can take a long time if the Users have not been loaded

The much improved reindexer loses much of its new found pace if the users have not be loaded into the system yet. You can get around this problem by going to the Users Broswer admin page and then starting the reindex.

This is caused by the users cache not being sysnchronised and thus when the multi-threaded issues reindexer hits the cache for the first time, all threads will try to populate the cache.
