Add date and time to export file names

Problem

Someone uses times any of the export options that result in a file to download (like CSV) a couple of times in order to export different JQL query results. Later the user won't be able to tell the export files apart without looking at it's contents.

Solution

Add current date and time to the downloaded file name.
