Ability to uninstall plugins with option to delete/drop database tables

Currently there is no option on uninstalling plugin for associated active object tables/data to be removed.
There should be an option to ask customer -
Do you want to remove all data associated with plugin or keep

This allows for xml backup and restore to run smoother if customers had already uninstalled the plugins.
Sometimes customers will have issues on import due to plugins that were uninstalled and stops the import process and requires customers to manipulate their active objects and entities xml.
