      Problem Definition

      Currently JIRA's Export to Word functionality to export an issue produces a HTML file but is renamed under the ".doc" extension as mentioned in JRASERVER-38174.

      This is known to cause some issues with certain office suites, such as DocuSign.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow the Export to Word functionality to export issues in a pure ".doc" format.
