Need more clarification on "Test While Idle" connection setting in article:Tuning database connections

      Hi,

      Recently we had a customer ticket that mentions there are 2 conflicting documentation articles about the JIRA DB connection setting: "Test While Idle".

      We need to make it more clear in the article: Tuning database connections that this setting is not only set to true for MySQL database, but also can be set to true for other databases.

      My customer read this article and thought that this setting is only for MySQL, although it applies to all JIRA supported DBs.

      There is another document Surviving connection closures that has more detail description about this DB connection setting, we could also refer to it in the Tuning database connections  article.
