Summary
When importing issues with CSV, JIRA should show a warning message before the import if the CSV contains issues whose all field values are empty.
Environment
- JIRA 7.2.2
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a project named "test" (whose project key is "TEST")
- Go to Administration > System > Import and Export > External System Import > CSV
- Import test.csv
- Select Defined in CSV as "Import to Project" option
Expected Results
It would be nice if JIRA shows warning message BEFORE importing the CSV which contains issues whose all field values are empty.
Actual Results
AFTER importing the CSV, JIRA showed "CSV row cannot be associated with any project" as follows.
Notes
The background of this feature request is that one of our customers said it would be nice if they could notice if there is something wrong with the CSV data BEFORE importing it.
