      JIRA Issue Collector is a great tool. However, I have seen that most end-users in my projects are not aware so Wiki markup savvy, or even if they do, they find it cumbersome to type it out when submitting their requests.

      1. Enabling rich text editing option in issue collector's description field would be a big boon to such users and use cases.
      2. Enabling "pasting image from clipboard" will also be an amazing add-on.
