      Problem Definition:

      Currently, there are no detailed steps in regards to the role/user permission towards the database that is created for JIRA. In comparison to Connecting JIRA with MySQL where there is steps to allow the Grant privileges to the created user/role that is necessary towards JIRA database. As now the documentation only mention:

      Ensure that the user has permissions to connect to the database, and to create and write to tables in the database.

      To put more detailed steps on the creation of user and database including the necessary permission towards the user. For example, it is like the other documentation of Connecting JIRA to MySQL and Oracle.
