Better handling for HTML-attachments

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      We use HTML-attachments regularly – the format is easy to generate, is immediately viewable in a web-browser and most e-mail clients, and can be copy-pasted into one's favourite office application.

      Unfortunately, JIRA currently has only basic handling for the files in HTML. It should handle them similar to how it handles images:

      • Generate thumbnails for them;
      • Open the files in an iframe, when a user clicks on the thumbnail – as happens with images.
