      Problem Definition

      Currently, JIRA doesn't allow admins to inspect cache statistics unlike Confluence which has this for admins to inspect: https://support.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-50305

      Suggested Solution

      Give admins the ability to inspect cache statistics
