Description
Issue Summary
When editing the Issue Collector, the checkboxes beside the custom field actually deselect the field rather than selecting the field. This is confusing to the person setting up the Issue Collector.
Steps to Reproduce
- In a Service Desk project, navigate to Project > Settings > Issue Collectors.
- Edit an existing Issue Collector.
- The Custom fields on the form appear deselected, even though they are enabled on the form. Selecting the check boxes next to a field will disable the field, not enable it.
Expected Results
Fields that are enabled on the form will show as selected.
Actual Results
Fields that are enabled show as deselected.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
