      Problem Definition

      Users would like to have the ability to change the rss feeds language into English instead of the system default langauge. This is due to some issues faced when exporting rss feed (for fitlers etc.), as some emails such as outlook are not able to interpret certain languages.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the users with the ability to configure the RSS feed language as preferred.
