Ability to customise the home screen

The home screen currently displays a short list of Assigned To Me and In Progress issues with links to Watches, Report By Me, and Voted issue below.

It would be nice for users to be able to customise which category of issues are display ina short list and the remainder being links below that.

The reasoning is simply that depending on security acces rights you may not be able to have issues assined to yourself and are more interested in the issues you reported or are watching.
