Issue Types are not sorted alphabetically in JIRA 7

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      Simply go to JIRA Administration -> Issues -> Issue Types

      Expected behavior

      The issue types are sorted:

      • first according to Standard/Sub-Task type
      • then alphabetically like in JIRA 6.4.x

      Actual behavior

      The issue types are still sorted according to Standard/Sub-Task type but no longer alphabetically
