Ability to order issue types in Alphabetical order

    Description

      The issue types are not listed in Alphabetical order. If you have well over 100 issue types there is no way to have them listed alphabetically.

      Is this something you can fix. This is for 7.0.10. Upgraded from 6.4.9.
