      Summary

      When the mail handler fails to attach an attachment from an email to an issue, the following comment will be added to the issue

      An error occurred while adding attachments to this issue from the source email. Please check the attachments and re-send the email

      In some cases, the attachment is just an email signature which does not need to be added and the auto-comment is not relevant

      Suggestion

      Have the option to enable/disable this auto-comment.
