    Description

      We have some situations where I would like to notify a number of developers of an issue, e.g. in the event that two people share responsibility of a certain area of the code.

      It would be nice to have the ability to either "copy" an assignment to another developer just to notify him of the issue or perhaps to assign an issue to a group of developers.

      In the latter case, one might still want to denote one of the developers in the group as being responsible - otherwise everybody thinks the other are solving the issue.
