Cannot restore from Cloud to Jira 6.4.12

I was unable to restore from Jira Cloud backup, I have upgraded our hosted Jira to the latest version before 7 which is 6.4.12, but the restore process results in this:
The file you are trying to import is from JIRA 7.0.0-OD-08-002, which is newer than your current version of JIRA and will not work. The import file claims it can be successfully imported into JIRA 6.4.12 or later.

If JIRA 6.4.12 is not yet available for download, please contact support.

The jira logs says this:

Please let me know if you have an specific jira version to which I can restore.
