Permission Helper does not recognize groups or single users in Project Permissions

Summary

If you set a group to have a project permission, Permission Helper says that the user do not have the project permission, but the user do have the permission.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new user
2. Create a new group
3. Create a new project
4. Create a new issue
5. Make sure the user belongs only to the new group and jira-users.
6. Add the group to have the project permission "Browse Project".
7. Open the Project Roles and remove the group jira-users of the Project Role users.
   • This is to make sure that the user is only given permission through groups not project roles.
8. Open the permission helper and inform the user and issue that you just created.
9. Select "Browse Projects" and Submit

Expected Results

The permission helper correctly identifies the user is in that group and that they belong to that project permission, and they have permissions.

Actual Results

Permission helper says "The user do not have 'Browse Project' permission".

Workaround

Set the permission to project roles instead of groups or user. We highly recommend project roles are used over groups for permissions as it means one permission scheme can be applied to multiple projects.
