JQL shows error if the user lacks browse project

If you try to view the issues assigned to yourself when you are a user lacking browse projects, you get shown the JQL query with errors.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search "My Reported issues filter" (http://localhost:8080/issues/?filter=-1)
2. IN another tab, remove the Browse Project permission for all projects.
3. Perform the search again.
