      As a PO, I want to easily collect suggestions from my products' sales & support personnel to have feedback from people working "in the trenches".

      Although plain JIRA can be shoehorned into a suggestions management system, the result is nowhere near as convenient as the solution proposed on your HipChat support page.

      I don't need a solution as comprehensive as one would get by having the UserVoice/Plugin/JIRA bundle (I could not justify the cost for an internal use), but something that would give me:

      • An issue collector gadget with search box & instant results (to avoid duplications)
      • A workflow add-on (to get a quick-start)
      • An economic voting system (with votes returning once the suggestion is closed)
      • linked-issues triggers (ability to transition one issue based on a transition from a linked issue)

      Would be just good enough.
