Imports from Excel (comma-separated values) are the most common, yet our CSV importer is still in a rather primitive state, and cannot handle relations like versions and components. It would be good to have a CSV importer that let the user define a mapping from CSV columns to JIRA fields, and define mappings from CSV values to JIRA values where applicable.
