Create issue from mail with image does not include image in issue

      Summary

      When creating an issue from mail with image, JIRA does not include image in issue.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Create an issue from email with attachment (type jpeg). We used the attached image in our testing.

      Expected Results

      Issue is created with attachment.

      Actual Results

      1. Issue is created without any attachment.
      2. No error in the logs.

      Workaround

      Create an issue through email and add the attachment from UI.

            As far as we can see that, this functionality should be working for now. Therefore, could you please give us more information about how you attach images into the email for creating a new issue? It should be an edge case, so that we need more information in order to have action on it.
