Importing data from GitHub not working if account uses two-factor authentication

Expected Behavior

Be able to import repositories from GitHub on JIRA using username/password authentication for GitHub accounts with or without two-factor authentication.

Actual Behavior

If the GitHub account has two-factor authentication configured, no repositories will be displayed after passing authentication (inputting username, password and, subsequently, verifiaction code) on JIRA's External System Import.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Administration > System > External System Import;
2. Choose GitHub;
3. Select Github.com account;
4. Type in the username and password;
5. Hit Next;
6. Type in the Authentication Code;
7. Hit Next;
8. Notice that no repositories will appear on the screen (see screenshot);
   

Workaround

Generate a Personal Access Token on GitHub and use that for authentication.
