This API has a number of deficiencies:

internal server error if workflowName is specified that does not exist
the last modified date comes back in JIRA complete format. I suppose that is ok, but I thought the standard was JSON date format. JIRA complete is more difficult to deal with and I noticed at least 1 instance of data that was not in the correct format. At least the date format should be documented
the output documentation is lacking
in the documentation, just under this api is the following link which does not work: *http://example.com:8080/jira/rest/api/2/workflow/api/2/transitions*. Is there an api for transitions?
