Filtering resolution != Duplicate Filteres out all unresolved issues

When creating a filter I added the following:

AND resolution != duplicate

Not only did the duplicates disappear from the list, but also all unresolved items. I still want the unresolved tickets in the list, but there is no easy way to filter out duplicates only until this is fixed.
