Creating an issue type documentation needs some update

      **Summary**
      The screenshot and steps of Creating an issue type need to be updated.

      We have updated the process of uploading custom issue type icon. In the previous version, customers can provide icon URL to upload their custom issue type icon. We have updated the issue type icon configuration that customer can upload the custom icon via their local device (Computer). Please refer to this documentation.

      **Steps to reproduce**

      1. Sign in to JIRA.
      2. Click on Cog icon.
      3. Select Issues.
      4. Click on Issue Types on the left navigation bar.
      5. Click Add Issue Type.
      6. You will find this page
      7. The documentation still showing with the URL icon field. Please refer to this documentation.
      8. This also happened to JIRA Cloud application, Please refer to this documentation.

            I've updated the following pages accordingly:

            FYI, I didn't update this page in JIRACLOUD documentation because with JIRACLOUD splitting into 3 separate applications, JIRA Software, JIRA Service Desk, and JIRA Core, our users should now refer to Administering JIRA Cloud applications documentation for information on administering JIRA Cloud applications.
