CVS Integration is not working, but is showing no errors in the logs, or in testing the CVS modules individually from the CVS Menu under Administration. When I commit to an issue, I run:
$ cd test/
$ vi file.txt
<changes>
$ cvs commit -m 'Testing CVS Integration for issue (ISSUE #)'
<cvs commit information>
<generates e-mail and sends>

The version (viewcvs) commit information does not show up, nor does it parse the 'cvs log' command for the issue number, it appears, as nothing is showing up in the comments, or in the Version Control tab. I am confused as to why this would happen, because I am receiving no errors, either out of CVS or Jira. Also, when I look into the 'cvs log' command for my module, I can see the message I put in there, with the proper issue #, so it appears Jira is not parsing it.
