Description
When performing Project import from Cloud instance, for some reasons the custom fields are imported but the values are not picked up by the importer.
Steps to reproduce
- Generate an xml backup from the Cloud instance and deploy in a temporary Server instance
- Verify the field, screen, workflow configurations match between source and target instances.
- Run a Project import and import the project from the backup.
- Notice that the custom fields have no value after the project import.

Workaround
Restore the custom field values using CSV import.
