Full Name Doesn't Import Correctly With JIRA Importers Plugin (JIM)

When importing a csv file with a field that has a user's full name, the field is left unassigned once the import completes even though that user's full name exists within JIRA.

Steps to Reproduce

• go to the Issues dropdown, select import issues from CSV
• upload a test csv file with a column that uses full names
• map the csv field to an appropriate JIRA field ex. assignee
• complete import

Intended Results

A user is mapped to the assignee field based on their full name.

Actual Results

the associated issue is left unassigned

Workaround

To map user's, the csv file must use usernames instead of full names.
