Add support for project keys with a dot "." and hyphen "-" in JIRA

      When someone modifies the project key patterns to allow a dot or a hyphen on it and if that project is an agile enabled one the plan dashboard crashes.

      There's a document stating that these patterns are unsupported. The project patterns should not accept a configuration with these characters or we should support it.

            Thank you for raising this suggestion. We regret to inform you that due to limited demand, we have no plans to implement it in the foreseeable future.
