Email notifications not sent to nested group members

      h3. Steps to Reproduce:


      1. Configure a user directory with NESTED groups option enabled;
      2. Create a nested group;
      3. Configure the notification scheme to send e-mail notification to a parent user-group;

      Expected Results:

      JIRA should send the notification to all group members including child members of the nested group;

      H3. Actual Results:


      JIRA only sends to notification to the direct members of the parent group.
