description from Bugzilla is lost for some issues

      MySQL with UTF-8 encoding; TomCat; Bugzilla 2.16.3 with UTF-8 data

      We've just created a blank database and imported several products from Bugzilla.

      I found at least 2 issues where no description was imported; most of descriptions were imported successfully.

      Issues where descriptions are not imported are consistent for several import attempts; previous attempts were taken before creating a new database. Looks like it's issue contents that leads to the problem.

      Any suggestions on giving you more details maybe?
