Displaying Jira within and iframe is broken for Jira Dashboards

      If you try to embed a link to a Jira dashboard within the iFrame, the resulting display does not work.

      Create a test html page with the following code:
      <html>
      <body>
      <li>Hello</li>
      <iframe height=800 width=1200 src="https://cmajira.lss.emc.com:8443/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=14264">
      </iframe>
      </body>
      </html>

      Serve up the page and the dashboard does not display.

            This feature is very need!

            Is there now a road-map for making this work?

            Or maybe just letting us get charts thou the API?

            It would make it a lot easier for us to update our information screens. (I know that Jira have its own slideshow thing, but we want to use our own, as most of our screens are custom screens.)

            Hi andrew.chee,

            Unfortunately JIRA is not supported when running inside of an iframe. At the moment there are no plans to extend support to cover this case.

            We are trying to embed a Jira Dashboard onto a Confluence page (we do not want to recreate every chart on the dashboard within Confluence) by trying to embed the URL to the dashboard into an iframe macro in Confluence.

            When we do this, the dashboards do not display. We tested this by just creating a dummy HTML page that has an iframe tag and the dashboard also does not display.

            My issue seems to be similar to an earlier bug that was fixed but is now showing up again.
