    Description

      like CONF-23957 - if you use the sso connector to crowd the users credentials are NOT copied to local cache in JIRA.
      The user is created in crowd from delegated ldap but not copied to local cache.
      The result is that the user sees: "username or password are incorrect" since the user is synced to local cache.

      This behaviour is different from the "normal" authenticator that indeed copies the credentials.
