User Workload report has a broken link

      If you go to Project, Reports, User Workload and have some issues with Original Estimates, you will see the estimates totals sorted by user.

      Clicking on the name of the project ("JIRA Maintenance Tracker" in the attached screenshot) I expect to the see the relevant issues.

      What happens is I get a 404 page with skull and crossbones for the URL:

      https://jira.example.com/secure/BrowseProject.jspa?id=10830

      10830 is the correct project id for the JIRA Maintenance Tracker project.
