DVCS connector breaks on Oracle when there's more than 1000 projects

      As we fixed JIRA to handle more than 1000 projects on Oracle we found that DVCS connector breaks.

      ActiveObjects is not smart enough to rewrite queries on Oracle so you need to manually code against it. Here's the exception when trying to open ActivityStream.
