Wrong description for Project Picker custom field

      When you add a custom field in JIRA 6.1 and go to advanced you see a Project Picker (multi select). In fact this the good old single select Project Picker. You should update the description back to reality.

      I had already reported this in JRA-33146, but this was not fixed for the release (guess it was too late to fix).
