Our staff are assigned enterprise-wide user id's which are basically just numbers (i.e. "WB87678" = "John Smith"). However, it becomes difficult to assign users to issues because the user names in the dropdown list are sorted by the user id, not the name. Would like a feature to sort the droplist by username instead of the ID to quickly find the user to assign.
