Deleting an issue type does not check against Incoming Mail Handlers

      We removed issue type "story" from one of our projects, but this was the type used for an incoming mail handler.
      Sending an email would still create tickets of type story (OK), whenever we transitioned them, they'd be converted to Epics (NOK).
