Paste button in Attach Screenshot applet does not work with suggested JRE

      If the user does not have a JRE installed JIRA directs the user to an old version of Suns JRE (version 1.3.1_09):
      http://java.sun.com/update/1.3.1/jinstall-1_3_1_09-windows-i586.cab#Version=1,3,1,9

      I've only tested this on ONE client, so I'm not totaly sure this is the problem, but after installing the old JRE the client could not attach a screenshot (the applet loaded fine, but when clicking the paste button nothing happend).

      I uninstalled the old JRE, went to Suns webpage, downloaded and installed the newest one (1.4.2_04). After this I closed all browser windows and tried again. Now the paste button worked fine.
