Steps to Reproduce

• Create a custom field (Eg. Severity) and make sure that it is applied ONLY to Bug issue type
• Create a few issues with the Bug issue type
• Add the column in the Issue Navigator and confirm that it appears on the search for Issue Type Bug
  
  

• However, searching for All Issue Types does not render the Severity column:
  

• Exporting the view to Excel can be deceiving as the value of the custom field is lost comparing the following screenshot(s)
  • All Issue Type
    
  • Bug Issue Type
    

Maybe there can be some sort of improvement to this? At least to give the user to fully export the view to include all the fields regardless of the Issue Type or if there are any other approach to this?
