      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently JIRA will return the issues that was created before the specify date.

      For example, issue created on 1 April 2013 can't be found using JQL

      createdDate <=2013-04-01

      This is because it will search for issues that is created before 2013-04-01 00:00:00

      This cause confusion for users as user normally expect the search to return all issues created before 2013-04-01 23:59:59
