    Description

      > Because of changes in our network enviroment, JIRA
      > was not able to connect to the Mail Server.
      >
      > We fixed the problem and JIRA is now able
      > connect to the mail server - sending e-mails
      > with the "send testmail" runs perfectly.
      >
      > But ....
      >
      > .. JIRA still queues the mail - no sends
      > .. and "Flush mail queue" does not Flush the Queue
      >
      > Additional information:
      > - no entries in the Error Queue
      > - Mail Queue Service delay is set to 1min.
